This page is desiged to provide some helpful links to you before attending counselling, between sessions, and/or once you've finished counselling.  They are all reputable links that I hope shed some light on your areas of concern.

Somewhere in Australia there is a new call to Lifeline every minute. Call Lifeline’s 24 hour crisis support service anytime on 13 11 14"

 

"Kids Helpline is Australia's only free, private and confidential, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25."

"Phone: 1300 1300 52 (cost of a local call) 24 hours a day, seven days a week

 

Parentline is a confidential telephone counselling service providing professional counselling and support for parents and those who care for children.

The aim of Parentline is to nurture and support positive, caring relationships between parents, children, teenagers and significant other people who are important to the well-being of families."
