Professional info
I started working in the human services sector in late 1999. I have worked and studied continually since then and remain as passionate about my work today as I was then.
My approach involves working with your strengths and the values you consider important, using these to direct us toward positive change that aligns with who you are and what you're wanting in life. This approach is based on Cognitive Behavoiur Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I have been trained in all of these therapeutic modalities as well as others, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) .
